This website is operated by Create Intention. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Create Intention. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all users of the site including browsers, customers, and customers worldwide.

 

Our Products

All garments are produced in limited quantities and screen printed by hand. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in print placement, colour, and finish may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.

 

Limited Drops

Products may be released in limited runs. Once items sell out, restocks are not guaranteed. Adding items to your cart does not reserve them.

We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of bulk purchasing or resale.

 

Pre-Orders (2-3 Week Production)

Some items are sold as pre-orders. This means the product is made after your order is placed.

By placing a pre-order, you agree that:

   Production begins after the pre-order window closes

   Production time is approximately 4 weeks

   Shipping occurs after production is complete

   Timelines are estimates and not guarantees

   Delays may occur due to production or supply issues

   Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

If there are significant delays, customers will be notified via email.

 

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders.

 

Currency

All prices are listed in GBP (£). International customers may be charged in their local currency by their bank or payment provider.

Create Intention is not responsible for currency conversion fees or international transaction charges.

 

Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once orders are dispatched, we are not responsible for courier delays.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes after purchase.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Create Intention is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

If an order is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

 

Returns, Refunds & Store Credit

Due to limited production and made-to-order items, we do not guarantee refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Where returns are accepted:

   Items must be unworn and unused

   Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

   Items must be in original condition

Approved returns may be issued as:

   Store credit, or

   Refund to original payment method

This will be determined at our discretion.

Pre-order items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns as they are produced specifically for each order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Description of issue

Photos of the item

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

 

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, branding, and content are the property of Create Intention and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

 

Website Accuracy

We aim to display product colours and images accurately, however we cannot guarantee your device will display colours exactly.

 

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud, abuse, or resale activity.

 

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
