At Create Intention, we ship worldwide. We want you to get your order safely and on time, so please read this carefully.

 

Processing Time

In-stock items: processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days

Pre-order items: dispatched according to our Pre-Order Policy (see below)

 

Shipping Times

Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location:

5–10 business days

Rest of World

10–21 business days

These times do not include production time for pre-orders.

 

Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Create Intention is not responsible for delays caused by customs

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

We recommend using a tracked shipping option

If your package is lost or damaged, contact us immediately with order number and photos

For international returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout

We cannot guarantee changes after the order is placed

Pre Order Policy

Create Intention releases some items as pre-orders to produce limited-run, handmade screen-printed designs. Pre-orders allow us to create exactly what our customers want without overproduction.

 

Pre-Order Window

Pre-orders are open for a limited time (stated on product page)

Orders placed during the pre-order window are manufactured after the window closes

 

Production Time

Pre-order production takes approximately 2-3 weeks

Dispatch occurs once all items are produced

 

Shipping

Pre-order shipping follows our Shipping Policy

Estimated delivery dates will be provided, but may be delayed due to production, supply, or courier issues

 

Cancellation & Refunds

Once production has started, pre-order items cannot be cancelled

Change-of-mind refunds are generally not accepted for pre-orders

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be replaced, refunded, or credited

 

Communication

We will notify you by email once your pre-order is being dispatched

You will receive tracking information when your order ships
