Create Intention began as a solution to a personal challenge: how to interrupt unhelpful (at best) and detrimental (at worst) thought patterns and start building the foundations of positive thought habits.  Some people use tattoos, others wear bracelets; I wanted something less permanent and more flexible: clothing that works for you.

Using water-based ink, our T-shirts are hand screen-printed with mirrored, intentional messages so that when you catch your reflection, the words speak directly to you. These simple, everyday reminders help shift inner narratives, encourage self-belief, and support intentional action through repetition.

Create Intention is about being deliberate in how we talk to ourselves, because the stories we repeat become the ones we live. Every piece is created with care, where the message matters as much as the quality and feel of the product.  A gentle, daily reminder that we are already enough.
